I have been a customer of this company at least for 5 years and am overdue for a review. First of all, their customer service is exceptional- they respond quickly, politely (which is very rare in Belarus), and listen to your request and needs. Talking about that, they go above and beyond to try and accommodate all of your requests, whether its bringing the car to you, whether it is adding a cord to make your gadget work or picking the car up from you (what happened to me when i was super sick and couldnt return it) - they do it all. Their business is a family run business that works great. Even if you reserved one car but arrived and noticed their huge fleet of tens of other vehicles - dont be afraid to ask! The prices are comparative to all other rental companies, including major international chains so dont think you can save more money going some where else. Thanks for the great service !
